Write Good Code for AI agents and crawlers
Last updated: October 6, 2026
AI assistants and crawlers are welcome here. Start with /llms.txt for a short summary of who we are, or /content-index.json for every public page with its title, type, last update, and a one-line summary.
Machine-readable files
- /llms.txt (text): what Write Good Code does, our services, industries, case studies, tools, and blog posts.
- /content-index.json (JSON): every public page with url, title, type, updated (YYYY-MM-DD), and summary.
- /sitemap-index.xml (XML): every indexable URL.
- /robots.txt (text): crawler rules.
The content index is built from the same source files as the pages, so titles and dates match what a reader sees.
Page types in the content index
- service: /services/<slug>/, what we sell and what it costs.
- industry: /industry/<slug>/, SEO, web design, and Google Ads for a specific industry.
- case-study: /portfolio/<slug>/, client work with real results.
- blog: /blog/<slug>/, articles.
- tool: /tools/<slug>/, free calculators for industrial buyers.
- page: the homepage, hubs, About, Contact, and this page.
Crawler policy
Every crawler may read every public page, including GPTBot, OAI-SearchBot, ChatGPT-User, ClaudeBot, Claude-SearchBot, Claude-User, PerplexityBot, Google-Extended, Applebot-Extended, and CCBot. robots.txt names them.
